How do the monthly limits work?
Every plan meters five things: audit page-runs, verification runs and Prospect runs monthly (reset on the 1st, UTC); managed assets and monitored assets as a standing cap, not a monthly count. Your workspace's Account page shows exact usage and the next reset date for every metric. A failed or blocked scan never consumes quota — only a scan that actually starts running does.
Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe with a self-service portal — cancel in two clicks, no emails, no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes Free. Nothing is ever deleted on downgrade — your assets and history stay readable, monitoring is paused, and you'll see a banner if you're over the Free limit.
What is a site crawl?
A Studio/Desk crawl audits the page you submit plus the most valuable internal pages it links to — pricing, checkout, contact, signup and similar — and merges everything into one site-level report with a score per page. Each page is also a full, independent report you can open separately.
Do you store the sites I audit?
Scans are private by default — there is no public registry, and no endpoint lists or searches across scans. Guest reports auto-expire after 30 days; account reports are deleted on request, and deleting your account removes everything. Raw response bodies, cookie values and storage values are never stored.
